Digital Products
All digital products (courses, hypnosis audios, masterclasses, affirmation music, e-guides, subliminals) are non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted. Due to the instant digital nature of these products, we are unable to process refunds after access has been provided. Please review all course details, module listings, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
1:1 Consultation & Coaching Calls
The booking amount for 1:1 consultation and coaching calls is strictly non-refundable at any time, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule the call to a later date at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your booked slot. No-shows without prior notice cannot be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding as your slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Customized Affirmations & Subliminals
Work on customized products begins immediately upon receipt of your intake form. Once the creation process has begun, refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make reasonable revisions.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us at Manifestincrediblelife@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds but will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice for the same order due to a payment error, please contact us immediately with your order details. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
